How long does shipping take?

We dispatch within two to three business days from Melbourne. Standard AusPost delivery is three to five business days Australia-wide. Express Post is available at checkout for one to two business day delivery. Mother's Day cutoffs: Standard order by May 5; Express order by May 8. 

Can I add a gift message? 

Yes. Add your message at checkout for any gift hamper — we'll handwrite it on a kraft card and place it inside the box. No extra charge. 

What's in the box when it arrives?

Your hamper is packed in a kraft gift box with honeycomb paper fill. Each candle is wrapped in kraft paper and tied with jute twine. The box arrives ready to gift — no additional wrapping is needed. 

Are the products food safe?

Yes. All coconut shell bowls, cups, and servers are naturally food safe. Hand wash only — avoid soaking in water or placing in a dishwasher. A light wipe with a damp cloth is all that's needed. Polish with a dash of coconut oil to regain the shine after nine to ten washes.

Will it look exactly like the photo?

Almost — but not exactly, and that's the beauty of it. Every coconut shell has its own grain, curve, and tone. The piece you receive will be the same product, but uniquely yours. 

What do I need to know about the candles?

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Always place on a heat-resistant surface, trim the wick to 5mm before each use, and avoid burning for more than 3 hours at a time. Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains in the shell. 

What is your returns policy? 

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Opened candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@cocoandkraft.com.au within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort it promptly. 

Do you ship outside Australia?

We ship within Australia only.

Are your candles safe for people with asthma or fragrance sensitivities?

We'd recommend caution. Our rose and spice candles contain fragrance and are not recommended for individuals with fragrance sensitivities or respiratory conditions. Our plain coconut candle has a very mild natural scent and may be better tolerated, though we can't guarantee this for everyone. If you're unsure, it's worth checking with your doctor before use. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room and extinguish immediately if any irritation occurs.
