Refund policy

Returns: Unused, unopened items in original packaging accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange. No cash refunds unless item is faulty.

Exceptions: Opened candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged items: Email hello@cocoandkraft.com.au within 48 hours with order number and photo. We'll arrange replacement or full refund promptly.

How to return: Email us before returning anything. Return postage at buyer's expense unless item is faulty.
